Best way to describe Leading the Way Pet Care is they definitely do lead the way. Michelle took over walking my choc lab Benson in January when I needed major knee surgery and was unable to walk Benson. Michelle met me and Benson to introduce herself to Benson and get an understanding of Benson and what he liked. How he was on and off the lead and to meet Benson in person. She took over the walks, taking Benson for 2 walks a week. He loved the walks; integrating with other dogs and going to different locations.

Michelle's expertise of looking and caring for Benson was outstanding. Due to how much he Benson love's his walks with Michelle and the other dogs, I have decided to keep Michelle walking Benson once a week. Although I can now walk Benson myself.

I have complete confidence and trust in Leading the Way Pet Care. It is important to me to know that Benson is being looked after and cared for while out, as he's an important part of our family. Michelle is always on time and communicates the times she will be taking Benson for his walk. Michelle picks Benson up from the house and has a key to let herself in and collect Benson.

All in all really pleased I found Michelle and Leading the Way Pet Care and it's been a great relief that I can trust someone as professional as Michelle to walk and look after Benson on his weekly walks.

Can't believe how lucky we are to have found Michelle. She first visited Poppy as a 12 week old puppy and has progressed to group walks 3 times per week. Michelle turns up in all weathers and has never let me down, she loves dogs and it's obvious that Poppy loves to be with Michelle. Poppy has gained confidence with other dogs and Michelle has helped with recall and pulling on the lead. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michelle to anyone, definitely gives a 5 star services with a smile.

Michelle's love of animals and her ability to put you at ease shines through. She is sensitive to your needs and any animal will be in very safe hands with her x.

Michelle comes for Max twice a week, he absolutely loves it, he gets so excited ... grabs his lead, Frisbee and can't wait to go and meet his new friend.

Anyone who has pets will know that their welfare when you are on holiday is a worry. I knew I was leaving my cats and my home in safe hands when Michelle looked after them recently.

Michelle has got everything in order, so that you can go away and know that your pets and your home will be looked after properly. Michelle is fully insured and has an enhanced DBS certificate; but more importantly, it is clear to see that she loves animals, and for me that is really important. Two weeks is a long time for your pets to have little human contact, but on our return from holiday (barring the 'Where the hell have you been?' shouting our cats give us whenever we have been away) it was clear that Michelle had spent time with them; they were happy and the house was still in one piece!

Michelle walks our dog Nala for us and she absolutely loves it! She goes crazy when she hears Michelle's van and always comes home happy but tired.

Michelle is a calm and capable handler who gives our sensitive girl confidence. It is good to know that our girl is having a great time in safe hands.
